We represent a line-up of exceptional jumper warmblood stallions for breeding at October Hill Farm. Not only is each a brilliant and accomplished sporthorse with a great performance record, each has produced successful offspring.
Beyond this outstanding group of sires, we offer top-notch service to our mare owners, including great discounts for performance mares and multiple contracts, and support throughout the season to help ensure a successful pregnancy.

We had an amazing two weeks at Pin Oak! Christian and NKH Calango won both of the $30,000 Pin Oak Grand Prix classes, outrunning and outjumping the competition. Huge congratulations to the owner of NKH Calango, Mr. Neil Knox.
In the week 1 Prix, Erin and Leonie were 4th and NKH Carrido, a fantastic son of Carrico, was 6th with Christian for the ride. The $10,000 Welcome Stake during week 2 saw NKH Selena picking up 2nd, and in the $25,000 Prix NKH Selena took the top ribbon while NKH Carrido took third! In the final prix class of the week, the $30,000 Pin Oak Grand Prix, NKH Calango took the top prize, Leonie and Erin took 3rd, and NKH Selena and NKH Carrido tied for 5th after Christian declined to ride them in the jumpoff round.
Our mare Victoria was amazing in the Young Hunters with assistant trainer Kat Barkema aboard. Student Rachel Gracia had some great clean rounds and came home with a reserve championship tri color in the Modified Adult Jumpers in week 2. Student Fiona Donnelly and her Midori OHF laid down some qualification rounds in the 5 YO YJC classes and student Kate Bullard and Forever had placings and great rounds in the 1.25m Open Jumpers and 1.20m Junior Jumpers.
Let's not forget our blue ribbon princess, Ella Heineking, and her trusty pony Quanah, always the charmers and the cutest entries in the Grand Prix Leadline. ... See MoreSee Less

Our congratulations go out to Holly Shepherd for her win on Kodachrome in the Ocala $25,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby this past weekend. Kodachrome was imported by Christian Heineking and is by Cellestial from a Champion du Lys mother. Shepherd told the Chronicle, "I’ve ridden so many hunters, and this one is just so ultra special."
