Caribbini is an awesome prospect for the amateur rider...even at a young age he is showing us he is simple, solid and reliable. He is brave at the jumps and shows willingness, and has three gaits under the rider. Hilltop Cordini, a direct son of Cor de la Bryere, proved to be a super match for this well-bred Quinar daughter with a superb performance line. Cordini was ridden at the peak of his career by Margie Goldstein-Engle, earning placings at Grand Prix and Open level jumpers, including a 200 WEF Circuit Championship, and went on to a successful career with a young junior rider after retiring from breeding. This colt's second dam is an elite Westfalen mare (Princess Queenie) who was approved sight unseen by the AHHA; based upon her pedigree and her conformation they stated that she was "a singularly outstanding mare". Princess Queenie's own mother, Caribbean Queen (aka Power and Beauty), qualified for the 1996 Olympics with Margie Goldstein-Engle.
