Diacontinus finished the Hanoverian stallion licensing, rightly, as a Premium stallion. With ease, outstanding ability, and an excellent jumping manner, he was more than convincing in the free jumping. This genetic talent for jumping was also accompanied by brilliant movement in all three gaits.
Diacontinus’ dam line is well known for producing talented jumpers. Licensed stallions and successful sporthorses like the Celle stallion, Perpignon, stem from this line. Diacontinus’ full sister, Diarada KJ, attracted attention early as a high priced auction foal, and as a four year old, she won the Herwart von der Decken show as the best jumper mare earning her States Premium title.
Diacontinus’ sire, Diarado, is currently one of the most popular jumping horse producers. Due to the French blood of his sire, Diamant de Semilly, Diarado created new opportunities for the German show jumper breeding, and he has delivered show jumpers of the very best quality.
The mother of Domingo competed to the Grand Prix level and was also ridden to success by a Jr. Jumper rider prior to her retirement.
